I arrived fro my appointment 20 minutes early and waited an additional 15 minutes before I was greeted by my therapist. She made a quick apology about her previous customer being late and then took me back to the room. It was BEAUTIFUL. When I pulled back the sheets to get on the massage table, the sheets were tattered and stained... EWW! The massage was good, but it was cut short by 10 minutes and I was still charged full price! I will not be returning.
