Recently visited The Doctor's Office to speak with someone (anyone in authority, really) about extending a prescription. I was stopped short by the receptionist and told that to ask a question of someone on staff would constitute an office visit, and oblige me to pay the $70 fee. Long story short, I never did get past the receptionist. No one with any authority ever came out to answer my non-medical concern, and I left vowing to find a less "transactional"
health care provider.
Pros: competent care
Cons: Felt like a checkbook
