Placed an order for some limited edition books with Rich Pinto, back in 2008. Left a $2500 deposit for the books. Waited for the books to arrive. After rich received the books he proceeded to change the terms of the invoice, changing the quantity, the price, and the accepted form of payment. While doing this he has refused to refund my deposit or honor the terms of the contract. I have tried repeatedly to pay for the items, or asked for my deposit back. Rich refuses to do either. He has my money, and refuses to give it back. I would be hesitant to do business in the future with The Photo Village, as there business practices are questionable, to me, so my words of advice are BUYER BEWARE!!!! I wish i had read something like this before deciding to do business with THE PHOTO VILLAGE, or WWW.PHOTOVILLAGE.COM in NY.
