I should have learned after taking my camera there once. I got some sand in my lens so it wouldn't close. I took it to Camera Solutions and they charged me around $300 to get it fixed. That took about 3 weeks. When I got the camera back, the flash wasn't working. I had to leave to go back to college in Colorado, so I didn't have time to show it to them and explain what had happened. I just got back from school and took my camera in again. It took around a week and a half to even find out what was wrong with it. They told me it will be $200 to replace the flash unit. Something in my gut tells me there's nothing wrong with the flash unit at all, and all that needs to be fixed is the bulb. I called in to talk to someone about it and no one seemed to know what was going on. Very frustrating... they said they'll take another look at it, but we'll see what happens next. Needless to say, I will not be taking my camera here again. It takes too long, the workers are not particularly customer friendly, and they rip you off. DON'T GO HERE!!
