At first they are very nice and offer you a great rate. To keep you they offer you a lower rate if you get into a contract. As months go, their low rate goes up, up, and crazy up no matter that you are in a contract. They are a horrible company to take advantage of customers like this. Please search and read other website reviews, you will find more terrible ratings for them. I live in Plano and our bill got so out of control that it was cheaper to pay the cancellation fee due to our contract being one month away from being up instead of having one more month with them!
