I went to Shera to get my wedding hair done. I had done a trial with Shera and had noted what I liked and did not like about how she did my hair, and told her how I wanted it for my big day. On the day of my wedding Shera completely did not listen to what I had said I wanted -- the up-do she did was horrible. After I was done crying and having a minor panic attack, my friend and I took out what Shera had done and redid my hair. This made me late for my pictures. The worst part of the experience was Sheras complete lack of care for the situation. She did not offer to even redo it after she had messed it up, but instead hurried me out to get to her next client. In addition to myself one of my other bridesmaids had gotten her hair done by Shera as well - she was also very unhappy with how it came out, and did not appreciate Sheras attitude. I should note however that my 5 other bridesmaids (I had six total that went to the salon) who got their hair done by other stylists at the salon were happy with how their hair turned out. Bottom line do not got to Shera unless you want someone to be mildly rude to you and not listen to anything you say.
