The hostess took us to a table in the bar area around 6:30. We were finally served chips and water after about 15 minutes by the busboy. By 7:00 I finally asked another waiter if he could get our waiter so we could order drinks and food. He disappeared and so did we after another 5 minutes. As we walked out the door, the hostess said to us, " thanks for coming. Hope you enjoyed your meal."
I have tried this Alberto's 3 different times, and I have to say that this was the worst service of the 3, but the other times weren't so great either. I was made to feel that the wait staff was doing me a favor. I am a very "easy going" person, but after 30 minutes of waiting with my kids to order food....I won't be going back.
Pros: atmosphere was nice
Cons: no waiter/waitress for 30 minutes
