I have to admit I was skeptical about Geek Squad. I thought the idea was gimmicky.\r

But when I was unable to set up wireless at my house (and connect it to my Tivo) I called them in desperation.\r

OK- it is a little gimmicky. They call themselves "Special" or "Double" Agents. They wear white socks and geeky outfits- but \r
Wow- they're really good at what they do.\r

In less than an hour and a half everything was working great- at less than the original price they quoted me.
