My husband and I don't mind waiting when a place is busy, but we went to Jack-n-Grill yesterday and they took it to a whole different level. We couldn't find anyone to seat us, but there were empty tables all over. We finally got seated on the patio but didn't get menus for a very long time. We finally got our drinks ordered but decided to leave after 20 minutes of them not coming. We were getting up to leave when our waitress came by and acted all surprised we hadn't received our drinks yet. She didn't even try to act sorry or make it right and even told us the food would probably take a long time too. What horrible customer service! We were shocked and disappointed because a lot of our friends really like it there. We won't be going back.
