I went in not knowing what I was looking for, and the sales person asked all the right questions. He was able to narrow my search to a couple of options and then with more knowledge then you will ever need, described each of those options. \r

I found a Plasma in my budget with all the features I wanted and it is beautiful. The staff were all amazing, but Paul made my day. In the future I will always go to Paul/Mission for my audio/video needs.
