Had the open-faced ribeye sandwich. I was surprised at the level of cooking being done...ribeye was nicely grilled on the outside but tender on the inside on top of a huge mound of mashed potatoes and what I think was ciabatta bread with a very nice brown mushroom gravy on top. Wife had a ""home-made"" veggie burtger with lots of fresh fruit. Most excellent!
