I just wanted to thank you for the pleasant experience I had at your wellness center being it was my first visit. The message was relaxing and I know it helps detoxify my body, and I like anything that's good for my body and mind. The masseuse made me feel comfortable and applied just the right pressure that I requested. I specifically liked her deep tissue technique applied to my exterior upper thighs . Besides a couple of tickle spot rubs, I enjoyed it.\r

Being that you mentioned you are a startup company, I would like to suggest or opinionate based on my perspective and experience and hope it helps: \r

1) Considering my graphic design background, your marketing material is appealing and suitable. You may just want to reevaluate the information listed on your brochure/coupon card to reflect ""all"" the services you provide w/prices and minimize the literature on each type of treatment; leave those details for the customer to read via your website or upon consultation calls. \r

2) I also have some experience and an eye for interior decor and can vouche that your waiting area is definitely very multicultural and inviting. Loved those chairs! Your attitude, open conversation and personality was warm, genuine and inviting. Don't ever change that, even when your company grows.\r
