Called because furnace fan was making noise, then stopped running. Tech came out and said it was a bad capacitor used to jump start motor. I questioned his diagnosis because it made noise while running. He assured me and said I was lucky because it was only a $19 dollar part. He offered no cost estimate other than "$19 dollar part" then presented me with a bill for $160. I was not happy, but thought if that was all it cost to fix the problem I was lucky. When I tried to run the A/C 4 days later, the fan would not start. When I called to complain, and ask for a refund the would only refund the $19 dollars, but if I had them replace the system they would give me $160 credit. When I explained that the offer sounded a lot like conspiracy he went on to tell me they were running some great deals. Avoid this company at all costs!
