I recently purchased 4 tires from Discount Tire Oak Lawn Illinois location, and my experience was grand. I have never purchased tires, and wasn't very knowledgeable about brand or quality names; however customer service representative Richard, (not certain of last name) made my experience wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I was very pleased with the warranty, and all it details. Indeed, I believe the tires he sold me were worth the amount I paid, I would recommend them/ this company to anyone whose looking for good quality. Overall, the store set a good atmosphere, and the service provided was done in perfect timing. I actually felt confident about the purchase I made, and I am very happy. Thank you Discount Tire! \r
