I still cry every time I remember the experience I had with this dental office. I was scheduled to have my tooth extracted after having waited 3 days with pain to have an appointment.After waiting for 1 hour the dentist Dr. Rogers came in & looked at my x ray & suggested several expensive treatments.I politely told her that I just want the tooth pulled out she then stated that she cannot pull my aching tooth out & left the room.This is after I called a week before the appointment making sure that Dr. Rogers will be able to extract my tooth, I even had the receptionist personally ask the doctor if she will do it & waited for a call back, they didn't & so I had to call them again to make sure Dr. Rogers will extract the tooth & she said yes.I waited for another 15 minutes & i can hear Dr. Rogers already with another patient as I was waiting. I finally walked out of the room & asked to see the office manager. I was brought into an office by Debbie Elstad, I told her my situation & I was
