We just ordered some flowers for our grandmothers 90th birthday. As this is a HUGE milestone we decided to go all out. Our Grandmothers caregiver sent us a picture of the flowers that we sent. We were applaud by the lack of care taken with our arrangement, we were promised if we spent a little extra they would take good care of us. They sure took good care, to take the money out of our wallet! The flowers died soon after she received them. We called and asked for new flowers to be sent and offered to email a picture of the flowers, they laughed at us and told us they only give out a 24 hour guarantee and we were OUT OF LUCK.NEW USE THESE PEOPLE
