I have never experienced such great customer service until I went to Hair Color Salon. The time they take to make sure they understand and do exactly what you want and the steps in between. They would go out side to put quarters in the parking meter if needed. I like the fact that he cut a little bit of hair before he colored it, and then a final cut after the coloring was done. They also did a follow up phone call later that evening to make sure i really was happy with what they did. I was also secure with them because before anything was done they told me if I didn't like my hair they could dye it back to natural at no cost. So that also made me feel better. All in all I was very pleased it has been over a month sisnce I had my hair done and the color is all still there no fading and they cut it with a style that is easy for me to maintain.
