I can't understand what bread or croissants have to do with the Clay County Road Department. All I want to know from the ROAD DEPARTMENT is where are the seeds purchased that they use for the flowers along the roadways in Clay and nearby counties. I'm referring to the phlox (especially the dark red ones) and the Black eyed Susans. They are beautiful.\r
