Owned by Mr. Stuart Goldman that also owned Athco in Sarasota Florida. Without any warning closed it down and never paid for his obligations, left many small companies with out paying. Calling his New York office doesn't help they are never willing to talk. Have to take them to court. According to their former employee from Sarasota Florida they owe large companies like APL around $60,000, Sack and Mendez custom Brokers and Trucking companies.
