I had the miss fortune of getting my nails done at this salon>. not happy with the outcome of my nails I requested that they be redone>> owner Chrissy felt she was too busy and unable to work with me on a solution to get my nails to where I, as a customer would be happy>> I requested a refund of the $32.00 she charged for a very RUSHED and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL job on my nails>. She refused. She also stated that I had complained 3 other times and she had no time for me wanting to get something for NOTHING!!! how dare her. I had been going to her salon for a year or so now>> I had a tec that was detailed and wanted to please the customer>> She left her employment . I had to go to her or her other tec>> after my experience with the teck that left the two that are there now do not measure up>> Chrissy the owner needs to take a lesson on how to treat customers>. I too had my own business and would have ever spoken to anyone the way she did me>> I would have found a way to accomadate my customer>.\r
Truly DO NOT WASTE your TIME & MONEY there are far better salons in the Lancaster area>>>
