Do Not Use KC Mils. Owner Mervin Toney made a monetary agreement but did not honor it, despite several promises to do so. I will never do business with him again and I am telling anyone who wants to know the same thing. This man is not knowledgeable in his field, does lowsy work, and should not be performing electrical work as a contractor - period. He needs to be surpervised by someone who actually knows the trade.
