I have tried to be patient with this practice, but they are the most incompetent bunch of people. I work in healthcare, and I am appalled at how patients are treated by both the staff (especially the front desk) and even Dr. Nye. Expect to wait a minimum of an hour after your scheduled appointment time for a two minute visit. I had to keep Dr. Nye in the room to ask some follow-up questions because she was ready to run out the door. And she gave me an attitude as a result. Multiple calls are needed to get any answer from the staff. It is completely frustrating and not worth anyone's time.
