We called about a Memorial Day reservation early in March. Several conversations with Joni's agents and NOBODY informed us of a policy to keep $25.00 if our reservation would be cancelled, only that we had to cancel within 3 weeks of making the reservation. We cancelled within the appropriate time period and after 2 weeks the credit has still not posted. Joni claims she issued the credit , less $25.00, but she will not give us confirmation that the credit was issued. She is not only trying to steal our money, but she is quite nasty about it.
Pros: You don't have to rent from her
Cons: Won't give refund!
