I really like the range of classes that you've added to the class schedule. I've noticed changes in my body/core... They each offer a challenge in so many different ways...all of that ongoing classes/trainings are paying off, I feel like you are developing your awareness and increasing your knowledge of how to make your students practice more effective.
Coming to classes continue to be something that I look forward to in my schedule each week.
