I took a pair of sandals in to get repaired, when I went back to pick them up the leather they used did not match the existing leather to the point that I would not wear them again. I feel they should have called me and given me the option to take them to someone else who could match up the leather. When I asked the guy to buff the leather to try to get in to match better he got very rude and complained the entire time I was there, saying what a difficult job it was to repair my sandals. (not my fault) if you could not do the job you should have just called me and I would have gladly taken them somewhere else!!! It was the rude manner in which I was treated that will keep me from going back or recommending them to anyone else!!!
