This company subcontracted us to do work and will not pay for the remaining balance. It's been months and everytime I get a hold of the guy. He will find an excuse and then poof the company phone/fax are disconnected........ stop calling for a couple of weeks and the numbers are active again. Think he's trying to avoid me?.....\r
