5/3 and their title company (Committment Title Agency) have failed to finish the title search and take care of incorrect information discovered at the loan closing, which was four weeks ago! This is our 3rd refinance with 5/3 on the same property over the last 10-15 years and they still haven't got the deed and legal description correct. \r
They are constantly dropping the ball.
