Arber was very good trainer & good friend.He understands the client very well,inquires about their food habits, suggests proper food and nutrition by providing detailed plans ,very good understanding about the fitness of the client and trains them accordingly.He concentrates on the requirements of the clients, plan and co-ordinate accordingly.\r

With me, he understood my fitness level and my food habits( i like biriyani and chicken curry :-) )\r
and with his help i lost 36 pounds of weight with in 6 months and improved my fitness level.\r
. I tried to this on my own for the last 2 years before joining him and i failed terribly.He always keeps track of clients food habits and suggests variety of food menu.\r
