Andy of Executive Mortgage was vey pushy in getting the loan closed. He was very convincing of his concern for his client, but in the end he was deceitful and lied about close out payment. \r
\r
We questioned him on our initial closing documents because it showed a return of $100.00 after the pay-off. He reassured us that the loan close-out payment was going to be around $1400.00. \r
\r
After the closing we questioned him again and he said our pay-out would be closer to $2100.00, but after a month passed we received a check for $93.00.\r
\r
I tried to contact him numerous times during that month span and he answered my phone call once, but never replied with any information. He knew he lied to us on the amount we were to receive just to close the deal.\r
\r
He also cost us more money due to the fact on the delay of the closing which caused a late fee on paying off our mortgage payment.\r
\r
So I would never pass on Executive Mortgage's name to anyone for the dishonesty and not owning up his empty promises on what we were to receive on pay-off.
