I was a happy customer for a long time, but this place has really gone downhill since they became understaffed a few months ago. I was a loyal customer for four years and brought them over 8 accidents and countless other work via referrals, but at the end of the day, Carl (the owner) really doesn't care about anyone other than himself. I will be exploring other options for body work in the future.
