I bought a 95 BMW 5 series in 99, a lease return. For the last 10 years it has been maintained by Crossroads European. It has 160,000 miles, still drives like a dream and my cost of owning a luxury car has been far less than owning a lesser quality car. An independent shop that has all of the tools, knowledge, resources and most of all knows my car is like my vet who keeps my dogs healthy.
They reminded me of an oil change and scheduled service due and while servicing corrected some ""minor"" annoyances which could actually have turned into major problems. Makes sense in this economy.
