In these hard economic times, it is not a good idea to throw away business. I am a home owner in the Rancho Solano area and was recommended to this company through a colleague of theirs. When I called to set up a time for an estimate, the receptionist informed me that they do not work on Saturdays, period, which was my first request. We have 25 windows, and a French Door that we are replacing. Sure is nice to know that a business such as Solano Glass doesn't need my extra $15k.... I would never recommend them, and I hope they learn that when a potential customer has a special request, it wouldn't be a bad idea to see how we could all work it out. They didn’t even ask if I was available at another time. Very poor service and they lost me as a customer forever due to their unprofessional treatment.
