I hear you. I have had to deal with Orbit Leasing and their CSR Tony. She could certainly use some customer service training. I have paid on-time with no problems for almost three years and am almost paid off. I bounced one check recently (first time ever) and she leaves a couple of rude messages on my voicemail. When I called back she gave me misinformation about how to fix the situation, then when I call back, she tells me she didn't give me that info. Then she proceedes to tell me I need to ""lose my attitude"" or else she's going to ""disable my car."" I called and complained to her supervisor Linda, and got complete apathy. She even had the gull to say ""I'm sorry that this happened, if it indeed did."" Talk about winners, imply that your PAYING customers are liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ORBIT LEASING!
