I would have given Oxford and excellent rating,however;in the begining of my relationship with them I felt there should have been more information given upfront regarding service, what to expect,financial set up, etc. It was like learning on the fly which left me skeptical at one point. Since then service has been outstanding expecially communications with Carlos the Manager. He is an exceptional individual and knows his business. I think a little more coordination and communication between the two owners would make things run a great deal smoother. I think they have already implimented a stategy to make things work better, so bravo.
