The facility is very nice - fresh and clean. There are decorative air fresheners all around that put out a very pleasing fragance - not overwhelming. The music is excellent - soft and soothing. All personnel I came in contact with - either on the phone or in person - were very caring and knowledgable. I made a special request which they were able to make happen and I greatly appreciate all their efforts. They have made my time of sorrow and loss much easier to get through.
