Past several years I ate at Ciao Pasta often, probably once every two months, and would have given a 5-star rating. But, alas, the pasta became truly lousy and the service is pits. There are very few patrons at this once popular restaurant-- people must know the downfall of this fine eatery in San Juan Capistrano. Maybe, it is under a new management and all the chefs have left. What a shame.
