We visit Scoop N Doo's with our 10 yr old daughter pretty regularly.... Many times the workers are merely adequate with no real customer service skills.... Today the hot fudge had a terrible taste.... When brought to the attention of the 2 teenage girls working there... they did not check to see how it tasted.... Informed us it had been changed recently.... After some discussion they did not consider making a new banana split for us or giving a refund... watched as we sat there waiting for my daughter to finish her sno cone and then were sure to sarcastically offer up a ""have a nice day"" when we were just about out of the door... The ice cream may taste fine but this experience has left us with a bad taste in our mouths....
Pros: most visits are reasonably pleasant
Cons: customer service there is questionable
