These people are incompetent idiots. A MONTH ago, I ordered two dance belts. For the past week, I've been sending an email EVERY NIGHT to see what's up with my order. No response. It's almost impossible for me to call during the day, but I finally got a chance today. The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, after putting me on hold for a while, they explained that they've been trying to reach me, because only one of the belts is in stock. They couldn't figure out what to do, or how to send me an email, so they've just been sitting on my order waiting for God-only-knows what. The amazing thing is, when I placed my order (through the mail) I included TWO SEPARATE SELF-ADDRESSED envelopes in case they had to send them to me separately! Absolute idiots.
