I had a new back glass installed in my 2005 GTO. Not only did they not hook back up my radio antenna but two weeks after the install I woke up to find my back glass was shattered. The cracks and shatters started out UNDER the molding off my backglass.....
Kelley came out to investigate and they said it was OBVIOUS that someone had tapped, or hurt the glass and that they would not cover it. They said tempered glass simply will not break without a reason. I told them the reason was their installation...
I contacted my insurance and the insurance refuses to fix it again because its obvious that the damage was from the installation.
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
