I have rented dresses from Gail a few times- even sold her some dresses. I went there in Jan. for my friends wedding.. out of the 4 bridemaids.. 3 of us had unfinished alterations (which we paid for) The flowergirls dress kept falling off her shoulders and the ring boy's tux had to be pinned b/c they measured it too big. I let her know i felt like it was wrong paying for alterations that weren't complete and she agreed. when i went to pick up the refund she was really rude, yelling at me. telling me that she didn't have time to make sure they were all complete. Well, i think that was her job as the business owner to complete a job that was paid for.

Cons: Horrible customer service
