The Bridal Gallery of Franklin began carrying the line of dress I had looked at for 2 years. No one else near Tn. carried this line. I went to the trunk show, found ""the dress"" and paid for it in full. I got a phone call from them two months before the wedding saying the dress had shipped and should be in the store by the end of that week... I am now, THREE weeks away from my wedding and my dress has been lost for a month. The store people aren't telling me anything. They only say ""we'll call you as soon as we LOCATE it"". ""Don't worry."" Yeah right, any bride to be knows how easy it is to set aside all fears... especially when it comes to having your wedding dress on time and fitting well. I just hope they make it right at this point. No phone calls yet, not even to say we're working on it... If you want a stress free gown experience, I would probably go somewhere that really cares about it.
