I can't really comment on the expertise of the services, since my problem is actually getting them to honor appointments. The first time I tried booking an appt I was taken aback by how rude the receptionist was. After waiting 3 weeks for an appt that fit my schedule, the office called me a few hours before the appt to say there was an emergency and they had to reschedule. We picked another day, and when I showed up, after taking more time off work and driving 40 minutes, the receptionist told me that I had no appointment that day. She told me that provider didn't even work on that day. Then when she looked up my account, she claimed it showed I had cancelled the appointment, and then went on to say it was impossible I even had that appointment because the provider didn't work on Fridays. Only after I turned down the offer for another appointment did she say a very lame ""I'm sorry"" and went back to work.
