Everytime I have had an appointment, there has never been a wait. I have never felt rushed and have always been able to fully describe my problems. I always feel that I have the ear, attention, and engagement of Dr. Pasternack. The experience is similar to what I've read about ""Concierge Medicine"" but without a fee. Communication and access is direct and frequent.
