We went to Bella by the Bay for dinner a few weeks ago. I hadn't been out to that area since ""Clark's by the Bay"" was there in the early 80s, which, I found out, is now Bella's. The people were really nice, service was good. I got the steak and fried shrimp combo for $26 and it was disappointing. Not much to the steak, plus it was medium-rare and I ordered medium-well. My wife got the seafood pasta and it was very good, a lot of seafood in it. We'll return, but I'll stick to the pasta.
Pros: nice dishes/service
Cons: Steak/shrimp combo weak
