He came out and diagnosed a broken freezer but said he needed to order a part. He charged my credit card before completing the repair and disappeared. He blew off the followup repair appointment and did not answer his phone, respond to voicemail or refund my money. I had to initiate a dispute with the credit card company. There are plenty of other repair places in the city, so I'd advise using one of them instead.
