I started going here as a vegetarian and progressively changed to vegan. The service here keeps getting worse. They do not like it when you try to make simple adjustments because of dietary needs. I'll ask for the Vegetarian Fajitas with the beans cooked in vegetable oil instead of lard and also request no cheese or sour cream. It's as if I get one or the other. I'm not even asking them to create an item off their regular menu, just minor adjustments. If you can avoid going to Fiesta Ranchera, do so.
