I called with an emergency as my dog ate a towel. I was asked how quickly I could make it in and was there within an hour. We went through a quick check in process, as a matter of fact while I was filling out the paper work they were weighing my dog. The front staff was friendly and welcoming. We waited a few minutes and was escorted to our room. The nurse came in shortly and asked about the details. She had already gotten most of the details from the check in. They took my dog back for x-rays, and then the Dr and the nurse came in to talk to me about our next step. The facilities were clean. The staff was comforting and appeared to be truly concerned for our beloved pet. Although this was our first visit w/ their facility I felt it to be a very helpful and an overall positive experience. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
