--They don't know how to make even simple mixed drinks; when I explained how to make a Spanish coffee it turned out undrinkable (cold coffee, wrong liquor) (of course, I paid for it anyway, since they wouldn't replace it).
--A barmaid told my friend she can't return because she didn't leave a large enough tip (15% for horrible service).
--They overcharged for food, and the waitress started an argument with me when I explained the tab was too high. She got mad and made snide insults to me.
--It was an awful experience in every way; I'll never go back, and I'm sure they don't care a whit or they wouldn't treat customers like that.
--PS: I am a nice person and a low-maintenance customer, so these things didn't happen because I'm difficult.
