This place came as the one most people on the island recommended when I asked around. The owner, Paul, is friendly up front, but can have a short temper. I later found out that they like to do things their own way instead of by the manufacturer's procedures. This led to a dispute when I provided them the printed out manufacturer's specs & procedures before they started and then I later found out that they completely ignored the correct tolerance-checking procedure while doing the job. I have to give Paul credit because he didn't try to deny what they did and he offered to redo the job for free, but he ended up being very unprofessional about it in the end even though he ""got the job done.""
Pros: took responsibility for mistake, good turn around time
Cons: not by the book, personal pride before professionalism
