We know Apple makes good products. Sometimes however, you just get a lemon or product that does not function properly from the start. And God help you if you do because he or she is the only one who seems to be able to do so. Simply exchanging your product is such a fiasco and they make it so difficult, that the amount of time waisted, and the aggravation, just make so emotionally stressful, people simply give up. Or may favorite is when they blame the customer. Unless you have a surplus of cash to throw away, I would highly think twice before spending it here. Over a 5 year period, I have purchased at least 60 products and they would not even exchange a 140.00 printer that was faulty for one of the same. Unbelievable. They did it with my husbands Mac book pro as well. Please be careful. Cons: REPLACING FAULTY PRODUCT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH WITH NO NOVAC more
